This 'always on the go' lifestyle can reek havoc on your wellbeing and can cause you to become out of balance. This imbalance can cause a myriad of symptoms such as stress, digestive and sleep issues, muscular tension, lethargy and depression, to highlight just a few, the list goes on..
What we do..and how we do it
As is standard with all Therapeutic Practices we initially conduct a client assessment. This assessment is quite detailed as a treatment plan will be drawn up from the findings. We take information from many areas of a clients life to get a detailed picture.
The base of every treatment plan with us at Danu Holistics, is Aromatherapy. For every client a bespoke individualised aroma is created using blends of 100% natural Essential Oils from around the World. We don't and never have created bulk products and stored to sell, all our products are made to the specific requirements of each individual client. These synergistic blends metabolise within a client to assist and positively address an issue.
Product Application
There are many ways to apply our Essential Oil blends such as Massage oil, Oil Burners, Vapourisers, Soaps, Bath Salts and of course Perfume. And we use all of them. Why? you may well ask. Well, every client is different and every time you meet a client they are different again so with everything dynamic and nothing static we need to be ultra flexible in how we administer our blends to treat our clients most effectively.
The most effective method of application of Essential Oils is through massage. At Danu Holistics we offer a range of Massage treatments which are customised for every client. With Massage there is 100% absorbtion of the Essential Oils and combined with effective Home Care between appointments greater benefits are gained.

Our promise
At the very core of Danu Holistics is working with Mother Nature to achieve Balance and promote a sense of Ease within our clients. We do this by initially assessing a client, this can take 1 to 1.5 hrs, as the treatment plan will be based on this.
All of our treatments will involve Aromatherapy, using only 100% pure esential oil. The methods of essential oil application vary from luxurious massage blends, nutritious Body Butters, moisturisers, exfoliant creams to Eau de Toilette, Eau de Cologne and Aftershave.
Often the base for a Treatment is cleansing and detoxifying lymphatic massage to allow the tissues to breathe and absorb the nutrients, vitamins and to metabolise the Bespoke and Individual Essential Oil blend, created for a client.
